Fantastic Becbec! It's Thursday tomorrow, not long to go. Rest up chick 8)

I know :grin: in like 7 hours and 2 minutes!

Gonna lower my prednisone to 30mg tomorrow morning, get back on the bike and if all goes well gym on friday \:D/

what should i train?!?!?!?!? :shock:

Woot! Um, maybe do a lightish full body one to get all ya bits in and not freak any one thing out too much?? :D

I'll probably go nuts and hiss at people who go on the machine I want to go on next. Kinda worried about what the people who used to train will think of me once I go back because they won't know that i've been sick although my mates insist I haven't got fatter.

I'm going to follow your advice and do a light full-body workout on friday, followed by some cardio on the cross-trainer - oh how i miss thee

I have DOMS today for the first time in ages!!!

Lowering my prednisone is completely fucking with how I feel though. Woke up this morning feeling fine - then by about 9 or 10 felt like I had the worst hangover ever even though i'd had a really early night. Head was pounding, felt kinda fainty and vision was off :?

Drinking about 10 million bottles of water helped a little bit though

RAR! I was feeling a little sore in my elbows and wrists on Sunday so I decided to give it a miss, still had DOMS in my legs from Friday haha.

Weighes myself today and i'm 62kg?? where did that 5kg go?!?!?!?! :shock:

Still doing light weights at the moment so not to aggravate the joints.
