It's mainly my upper body and if my hips, knees and ankles start feeling better I will definately try do some cardio atleast

that's a real bugger, you've been making some great progress shame things have flared up again.

hope you come right soon and don't drop off too much, all the best.

I'm just trying to keep my eating really good so i don't lose any muscle mass.

I cant imagine she-hulk being sore

oooo, u don't wanna make me angry. I'll smack yo with my crutches

Oh no, that doesn't sound good. Do you think maybe you're coming down with something? Hope you're back on form soon.

I think my arthritis has flares up cause of a virus. Going to the doc's tomorrow to see what she thinks

Thanks guys

So i'm out on leave tonight, go back in tomorrow for my last dose of methyl prednisone (hate the stuff - cravings, appetite and water retention to the max!)

Then hopefully back into it friday

Gotta be careful though cause i'm on 60mg of oral prednisone too and it makes your heart rate go nuts

eee i'm so excited

I've shrunk soo much,

sorry to hear that u had to be admitted...

but do people actually shrink within days? unless of course youre so sick that you lose a lot of body weight, which would include muscle.... hmmm

but lets hope ure not that sick, ay

When you get back to the gym just take it easy as you don't want to be in agony for days. Ease back into what were you doing prior to the SWINE

You know some people take 2-4 weeks OFF after a comp. Feel like arse and think you are fat and shrinking but its actually a nice break for the body. Granted your break wasn't willingly asked for but you get my drift. The body likes rest, the mind just tells you odd things but 2 weeks is nothing and you'll be back on track faster than you think
