Good to hear you are on the mend :) Impressive cardio workout by the way. Do you have exercise equipment at home?

Thanks m'dear

Yup, i bought an exercycle from the warehouse a couple of months ago for $180 :)

It's really basic, but handy and gets the HR up

Aaanywho, had a day off on Saturday - I woke up really sore (I think it's cause i left my heater on so won't be doing that again)

Today I did 30 mins fasted cardio on the bike whilst watching "The Locals" which is actually a decent NZ film IMO

Went for a light walk with the dog before dinner as well

m' dear  ..may I remind you that 40 is only a number given to measure the number of years since my glorious arrival on this planet. You cannot measure by numbers how youthful I actually am. Thanks for scoping me out on my profile though...Im flattered  :lol:

Haha yeah that would be hard work! All the singer/keyboard player combos I can think of get to sit down (e.g. Stevie Wonder) :pfft:

How long have you been singing for? What kind of music does your band play? Do you write your own songs?

I used to prance round the house singing Spice Girls songs when I was about 7, was in primary and high school choirs and had a few years of singing lessons, I don't do them now though.

We play metal music sorta Evanescence/Trivium/Cradle styles

and yep we sure do, we almost made up a whole song in about 2 hours
