Foods

m1: Protein Shake, 1 PB and J on corn thin

m2: Apple

m3: 105g salmon, 2 corn thins

m4: hokey pokey memphis meltdown =P~

m5: salad (lettuce, tomato, mushroom, avocado), chicken breast

m6: casein shake

Cardio...whilst watching Drag Me To Hell

:pfft: Was it gory? Spooky? Worthwhile?

I've only watched the first 30 mins of it so far cause I'll probably get bored and not do cardio if I don't have anything to watch :lol:

I'll tell you after tomorrow mornings cardio if i'm up to it!

Seems to be a recurring pattern of feeling average during the week, like absolute crap (not being able to get out of bed till 2pm), and feeling average on sundays. Least I never do anything important on Saturdays but I feel like I never get any time off because I always work Sundays :x

Exercise

Waving arms round during the 2 rugby games

Foods

m1: Protein shake, oats

m2: salmon salad

m3: kumura wedges

m4: seafood something a rather, wine

m5: 5 x Double D mint chews

Haha, was my day off!

So came to the conclusion about 10 minutes into my 1 hour morning cardio session that "Drag Me To Hell" sucks balls but still kept on going for the whole hour \:D/

I wonder what they'd say if I turned up to the movie theater with my exercycle :pfft:

For me it`s been the best movie I have seen in years! Im sure if you stuck to the aisle it would be alright... you may get a few looks like when I took my plastic container with chicken and rice out while everyone else was eating popcorn and lollies! :D

Sooo doctor today :grin:

Managed to get her to inject both my knees with cortisol so the swelling in them should be gone soon!!

Also changing disease modifying drugs from something called Humira to Rituximab

Should be back at the gym next week if all goes to plan!!!!!!

Not allowed to do any intense exercise and have to keep leg movement to a minimum apart from walking round till Thursday because of the injections

m4: apple, soy mocha (nom nom nom)

m6: protein shake
