wooho CHA band wagon welcomes you! We hope you enjoy the ride, please sit back and take in the scenery :grin:

I'm not having that much fun with it actually :( getting really tired and can't concentrate in class - will give it another week but if it still remains like that then i'll have to stop it and try something else.

Foods

m1: 3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, chicken breast omlette

m2: 95g salmon, 2 tblsp peanut butter

m3: 95g salmon, 10 almonds

m4: beef, pumpkin

m5: beef, pumpkin

m6: 6 "Double D" lollies

You need fat at EVERY meal that's why you're not feeling good, eat Peanut butter or egg yolks or flax seed oil or any of the other good fats at every meal, it's the fat that will keep you going!

Same meal but like one after the other haha

For the CHA diet you need to eat at every meal a protein, a fat and optional veges. The beef you're eating shouldn't have too much fat in it, it should be quite lean, you need good fats on top of this, the fat in the meat is not enough. I think the peanut butter is the only thing keeping me sane!

The good fats turn into energy and help burn the Body Fat.

Eat more fat! I have 4 teaspoons of PB at every meal or avocado or whole eggs.

Kool idea to watch DVD's while doing cardio...would make the time go fast. Good for rainy days when walking with kids in tow isn't an option. Might try to con the man into getting us a bike :nod: Actually I'll make him think its his idea... then no problem :wink:

That no carb pancake sounds good too :nod: . Can you please post up or direct me to the recipe. Cheers

Yes, i got terrible side effects from the medication and sometimes woke up on the ceiling with my head turned round the wrong way. I also mastered projectile vomiting and managed to learn several demonic languages :twisted:

OK the terrible side effects thing isn't good, but the rest of it sounds pretty awesome. Have you retained knowledge of said demonic languages? It could come in handy for your band etc? 8)

Hey do you reckon you'll be up to some weights soon? Your cardio is awesome. How're your joints etc?

I hope so :grin:

I've started lowering my prednisone (now on 35mg instead of 40mg) and going to the rheumatologist again on tuesday so hopefully she'll give me some cortisone injections in my knees and right wrist then shouldn't be long.

Cardio is the only thing keeping me sane and not depressed about not working out!
