Guys, stop. I can't remember who said what to whom first, and frankly I don't care.

Mr Heavy Duty, your comments in particular go beyond answering in kind, and seem to have no basis other than simply being offensive. That's not something we accept here. Consider this a warning.

Good luck!

I think that a beginner should be putting on about 5kg of lean mass a year for the first few years, myself I haven't been piling it on for the past few years, weighing in as low as 80.1 at 03 Nats, to 82.5 in 05- then bumped up to 87.5 in 06- with a definate intention of being 1% softer at about 4% instead of the ususal 3% which held more muscle too.

This year is different I have gone ballistic in my training and eating and as of this morning was 103kg at 8.6% bodyfat. Put in context I was 94kg at about 10% when I last started dieting for a show in 2006. I competed in the Light heavyweight (85-90kg class) but was in the 80-85kg for a few years before that, and as a novice I slipped in under 80. I fully expect to be at least 95kg sssSSSHHRREEDDDDEDDDddddddd in 15 weeks!

I'll look at you pics and assess what I can and post my thoughts.

Glad to keep this post back on track too, otherwise Pseu can feel free to lock it up if need be and when I have anything new to add pics etc I'll start another.

Because of members' continued bickering and abuse (now removed) this topic has been locked at Michael's request.

Blairandkelly and Ngapuhistrong, you've both been warned about this previously, yet the behaviour continues. I've tried taking a relaxed approach because usually you're both great members, but that obviously doesn't work. If this happens again, you face a permanent ban.
