My Appologise to the rest of the forum for my last post.

i have competed against Mike K. and he has the chance to live out a dream (that i too once had) NO BODY should take the shine off that.

Don't apologise Mike D, I was thinking along the same lines my friend.

In fact I asked him for some pointer also in another thread out of the same frustration!

He's won the Overall Mr NZ 3 times (I've only done it once) and in the process he got a brown foot by kicking my arse!!

and he's still younger than me and could make a hell of a pro if he decided :wink:

Well past it Mr HD, hell I've even started implementing some Heavy Duty/ Dorian training into my routine again!!! including calves :nod:

I am happy for anyone to comment on my pics, equally you have to be willing to accept that your comments are open to debate and critiscm if you place them.

I was just pointing out that Mike D's pedigree is greater than mine and he has nothing to brownnose me about.

Mr HD NZ. Quiet simple i am not as big as back then as i have been clean for over 2.5 years.

I have not gone all goody good but made a personal decision. but as an expert you would know that, i have never hidden my drug use ever.

i am pro choice.

i have clean friends, and using friends. and as for brown nose????? hows that come about????/ All i am doing is showing support for a fellow competitor and mate.

I have no reason to brown nose as I am eligable to apply for my pro card today if i so wished. 7years ago i would have at the drop of a hat. now i have different passions and commitments

and as for being back after being banned.....2003 6th mr universe 2005 5th mr world.... i havent been any were just doing more "DOING" than "TALKING" you should try it!

As you know then, when with your clients, tact, and a professional deemener is very important. How you veiw your opinion need to have some degree of professionalsim. So far apart from calling people obsenties, and asking of me the obvious too why i am not as big as i use to be before being banned...where is the the professional business person that you obviously are; in being able to manage all that you do? :?

ive comp before ,and pumped up out back with ya,i know ya in a nother class,but 15 years of training and 7 years owning a gym may not come close to nz number 1 ,but it dost stop my oponion,

ill take shit ,but if you tho it! expect to wear it back!

Hold the phone there MR HD, I know you and I are all squared away, but isn't it hypocrytical of you to say you can express your opinion of me anyway you like, but Big Mike D can't express his opinion of your posts?

You do write like you consider yourself the self appointed expert, whether you intend to or not I don't know, constant references to how long you've trained imply you are trying to validate your opinion as more than someone with less experience.....Well I've been COMPETING for 18 years and training for 19, and I still defer to experts, some with less experience than me-including you, which is why I've been doing more HD.

Hell I even picked up great Ab exercise off a novice that I was training for the nationals a couple of years back!!!!!

There's nothing wrong with saying I don't know it all, life's a lot easier and people will more likely respect you and like you if you do.
