Best quote from Shakespeare featuring the word 'egg' - MacBeth:

Murderer. He’s a traitor.

Son. Thou liest, thou shag-hair’d villain.

Murderer. What! you egg. Young fry of treachery! [stabbing him.

Son. He has killed me, mother:

I feel some education seeping into my brain stopit!!

Sorry GR :pfft:

My knee is still quite sore, dunno what's wrong with it cause it hasn't swelled up so it's not arthritis related :?

Went for a swim today instead of the gym and did 1km.

Wasn't too hard, would have gone for 2 but I ran outa time

Oh well, back into hospital on Wednesday for my new medicine and another tiny dose of cortisone so if it is arthritis related it should go away after then

Lol at least you realised before you went inside and got changed!!

I went for a sunbed today and the lady at the counter hadn't switched it on or something through her computer system so I was fully undressed and the dumb thing wouldn't turn on and I had to get dressed again to go out and tell her. Not impressed :?

I've done that before, I remembered all my gym clothes except for my pants so i just trained in my jeans :pfft:

How are you feeling today miss?

Not too shabby, infact I might even do legs and my 2km swim today!!!

Hospital Food - I reckon there must be a skill to taking NZ ingredients and rendering them so completely unpalatable :)

Here's hoping it's not a prolonged encounter.... but as for the sugar, just pretend it's post-workout dextrose helping you back to She-hulkness

Haha alright

It might be a good to bring a zimmer frame with you to the gym just be a on the safe of things.

Do they make water proof zimmer frames so I can use it in the pool?

there was no option for nescafe withough sugar?? WTF is the world coming to?!

:pfft: Weird! Yay for hospitals, making diabetes customers since ages ago!

Hope ya have a good swim :)

Thankies :)

Forget Zimmer frames, the Rollator is where it's at!

"A particularly important part of a rollator is hand brakes mounted on the top of the frame that can be lifted or pushed downward to stop the wheeled walker at once. The brakes can also be used in maneuvering the rollator; when turning, the user can brake on the side being turned towards in order to achieve a tighter turning radius."

You can do the rollator equivalent of handbrake slides! :pfft: 8)
