Shit mate, eating like that I'm surprised you're not fatter, luck's on your side lol. Like everyone else here has said, get into the weights, followed by the cardio, build some muscle as the more muscle you got, the more calories you'll burn. Good luck and well done for losing 5kg so far, doing weights will definitely help you to lose more.

Haha as If you dont eat up and not get fat!! Ive seen you chow down a kg of liquirice mate!

Damn, I've been sprung. Don't forget you helped me to eat that kg of licorice, shame it showed up on me first but I think you ate more Domino's pizza than me!

looks like your on the right track, lost a bit of bf.... what supps are you using ? maybe try a fat burner and keep the water up - 5 litres a day have 500ml every half an hour upon waking until you reach 5l or something similar, try creatine if you arnt already as this will give you a boost when lifting heavy.

if i take creating will i gain weight?

most likely, dosnt make me gain weight rapidly but is noticeable... usually flujid retention or muscle so should be all good for your training as it wont make you put the fat on if thats what you mean !! 8)

I think you're on your way. As Luigi says, it looks like the fats coming off slowly - which is just what you want (too fast, you'll lose muscle with it).

Make sure you train those lats hard though. What does your routine look like now?
