Hi guys, start of this year i was 88kgs now i'm down to 83.4 kgs,

177cm, Not sure on bodyfat.

Goal: Get ripped

So do you think of my Body from seeing the picture? Which part of my body i need to spend more time on?

i do 35mins of cardios everyday speed of 8.3 with 1.0 incline,

Don't do weight training much.

Ideal weight for my height? ( looking ripped with 6 pack )

Hey chopstick welcome,good on ya for posting your pictures.Looks as tho you ate well ova tha xmas period(me2 actually)keep up the cardio and get urself an ab roller or 1 of the many ab machines out there and watch that diet,if your planning on gettn ripped you need2 wake those abs up and lift some heavy shit.

So should i start doing abs now or should i wait until a while and let the cardio sit in.

someone told me that doing abs right now is no use cos you have to much excess fat on your stomach, told me to do cardio and lower the weight and then do abs work out

I didnt have a belt on pants are too loose for me since i lost 5kgs

Good on you for posting pics, and nice work on the 5kg loss so far!

Yep definitely get into lifting, but what's your diet like? If you wanna get ripped, you'll have to focus as much, if not more on your diet as your training.

Shit mate, eating like that I'm surprised you're not fatter, luck's on your side lol. Like everyone else here has said, get into the weights, followed by the cardio, build some muscle as the more muscle you got, the more calories you'll burn. Good luck and well done for losing 5kg so far, doing weights will definitely help you to lose more.

Thanks in 2 weeks time i will post new set of pictures i hope improvement will be made.

Ok, so i do cardio for 30mins in the morning with out eating antyhing just 1 cup of water.

then how long before i eat my first meal?.

Training with weights for me, should i do more than 1 bodypart of exercise, let says bi-ceps and back on the same day?

training abs right now from the pictures you seen should start now or should i wait until i loose some more bodyfat? i heard doing abs now will do nothing since i have to much fat covering it

Treat Abs like any other bodypart, plan to train them..if you wait til you burn the fat off there'll not be much to find! Personally, I throw in one group of 3 sets of 20 reps at the end of each workout...

Bottom line's already been said: the more muscle you build the more fat you burn...

There'll be plenty of training options for you - how many days a week do you want to train, and how long each time?

you posted some pics which is great but this post makes me think you might be taking the piss.

But if not, then what everyone's saying is good advice.

stop eating so much shit and do some cardio and weight training ( advice that would work for 99 % of population )

yea either your taking the piss or you really are clueless, you have heard of protein right ?? go buy some, do at least 30 mins cardio a day, situpsx300 reps of dif variations 3x a week, lift some heavy weights but make sure your forms right and as for the diet i suggest you do some reading otherwise youll be wasting your time. you can train all you want but if your gonna eat crap like lollies and chips your only gonna get fatter

No piss taking.

I'm newbie, Yeah i will keep my cardio up and trying to change my eating.

Do anyone know where i can get a diet plan made up in CHCH? or should just mix and match try to make a diet plan and post it up here, and the skilled members can help me tweak it ?
