ok well first i posted you some constructive advice.....

iv been bodybuilding for just 9months and you say i need to build a decent phsique lol 70kg to 95 kg at 16 percent body fat in 9 months and im still gaining an my lifts are forever goin up and you have a year or 2 on me for training and im bigger than you and out liftting you, maybe you should change what you eat or change your training (constructive critisism). you might wanna hold any comments untill i do a cut then you can critisise me.

i may have come across like an arsehole at first as i didnt like the way you presented yourself on your forum,youtube and facebook, very much JR in my view,,

and one other thing. when talking about how much you can lift use kg instead of pounds so people dont get the wrong idea :)

Well he isn't wrong. You should have looked up how to pose. Arms need to be higher on the front double bi and on a rear lat spread, your hands should be on your hips at least.

i don,t blame this dude for giving shit back he has been getting attacked from everyone keep at it mate if your happy in what your doing then allgood you have gained 60 pounds of muscle in a couple of years that is really good work :clap:

wen i boils down to it im a nice guy....just hate people who are in love with them selfs to a point where its rediculous

take a look is there anyone else apart from jr that has a vid like him looking in the mirror holding himself and getting his mate to pull his shirt off?? dont think so

and i think putting on 60 grams in 2 years is good! good on you !

what's your cardio regiment like?

3500-3600 macro breakdown is around 350P/370C/80F

i do zero cardio, probably should :/

Man you didn't post a single constructive thing in here. you'll deney it to the death but you epitomize what it is to be a hater. you don't understand anything about me so you just come in here and lash out, over and over again.

You barely have your training wheels off when it comes to lifting but for only going at it 9months you're physique is actually very quality. believe it or not you might beable to learn something from me : /.

above comment (loveggs)^^^ you find one bodybuilder who isnt obsessed with how they look and you'll be doing well. no need to hate if you dont like someone or disagree with something they do just move along..simple. and dont brag about how much u lift...if u wanna do that become a powerlifter

goodluck man, all i do to cut is slowly cut carbs so i'm dropping ~1lb per week at all times
