YOu look like a homo in that vid. Like seriously that shit pisses me off it ant bbing its an insane love for ones self. if you posed like that to a camera in my gym id drop my 300kg deadlift on that camera!!!!

You will get much better feedback if you post up progress pics n posing vids like a normal person.

completely agree ever since zyzz did that type of posing all the phaggots are jumping on board. it was ok with him because he was a funny troll but f*ck it gets gay with all these fan boys...

Just had a quick look at the vid and although not a big fan of the pants pulling down thing, you've definitly made great progress. you're also handling yourself well considering the negative feedback you're getting. Good on you mate

Just had a quick look at the vid and although not a big fan of the pants pulling down thing, you've definitly made great progress. you're also handling yourself well considering the negative feedback you're getting. Good on you mate

hahah yeah, kinda wish i cut that bit out. definitely on the homo side, didn't even really notice i was doing it.

meh what can you do man? Zyzz was my inspiration and lifting is one of the only things ive ever been good at. I use misc lingo (brah, lulz, mirin' etc - people think these are just what zyzz said, but he came from the same forum i did and the lingo was around long before him)

you'll notice the guys who are hating seem to be legitimately angry about something i've done. how sad is that? they're just like bullies at school.. putting someone down to make themselves feel better.

Funnily enough, despite the comments along the lines of him being immature and an idiot, it seems to me he's one of the more mature in this thread. The negative comments have been responded to in a calm and rational way. He's posted the vid to show what he's accomplished to the world, and offer help to those who might want to go down a similar path. It may not be what many of you wish to accomplish, but I believe effort and achievement deserve at least some kind of respect. Even more so when someone is willing to help others as well.

Many in this thread just need to calm down, is it really worth getting angry about?

NZhredder sure has held his composure remarkably well considering all flak he's been getting. I was looking forward to a big meltdown or something but nothing... infact he's even asked me for some lifting advice. So he gets a little bit of kudos from me for that... at least he's showing some effort that he wants to learn.

I think he's made ok gains in his relatively short time lifting. Probably better gains than the majority on here did in their first year. I commend him for that. Good stuff NZhredder!

I only picked him up on the "Phaggot skinny mode" album in his Facebook because it is a bit :roll:. I guess I need to just remember that he's just a youngin, and like all of us were at his age, aspiring to be something and to fit in bit too much - in his case zyzz and the bbing.com following.

NZhredder: one thing though, the Deadlift, Squat, Bench, and Overhead Press... that's where it's at bro. Those are the ultimate bodybuilding bread and butter exercises for their respective bodyparts... there's no if's buts or maybes. If you can do them, then do them! And if you don't then you better keep your mouth closed aye... I've got no respect for any lifter who hasn't got the balls to do them.

You're just missing out by not doing the rest... have a good think about the reasons why you don't do them. Maybe you'll come around one day.

Well thats one exercise where there really is simply no replacement. Nothing hits your legs like a quality deep squat.

i am looking for a new core exercise for shoulder day though so i may go back to doing heavy OHP's. stopped doing them because my left shoulder was a bit iffy on them

If you're doing Squats you should seriously think of doing Deadlifts though. They go hand-in-hand. It's your lower back that tends to give out in Squats and Deadlifts can do wonders for your lower back strength (if you do them by the book!).

Yeah, it's all got to be within your body's abilities. If you can't do something because of injury then don't do it... find the next best thing and get damn good at that. That being said though, any OHP is better than none... just work up on them very slow and listen to your body and take steps back when you need to. Try doing them in a Smith Machine, that might work better with your shoulders.

why dont you bench/what do you do instead?

My main chest exercise is incline dumbell press

heres my chest workout for example..

1) Incline DB Press - 6 sets - 4 sets @ a 3-4rep weight and 2 sets @ a 6-8reps

2) Pec Dec - 3 worksets - 2 dropsets

3) Decline Cable press - 3 worksets - 2 dropsets

4) Superman Pushups weighted with 90lbs - 5 dropsets.

Try and have 2 to 3 days between doing Deadlifts and Squats. As spaced out in your routine as possible, you'll get the best results doing that.

I think incline DB is even better for Bodybuilding purposes than barbell anyway, you get more range of motion and all the stabilisation that goes on carries through to help out with alot of other exercises. The main thing is that you're doing a pressing movement.

Awsome progress bro however two of you lagging points that would improve your overall is back and chest i know u dont like deadies and bench but trust me do them for a solid 6-8 weeks in your workouts and theyl be your favorite exercises from the extra mass gains youll make cheers
