Hi Guys, I train calves only once a week, 2 different excercises maybe 3..

4 - 5 sets on each excercise depending on how im feeling..

Starting with the leg press, feet positioned half on / half off the plate at the bottom.. 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 reps then take a few plates off and burn them out, big stretch at the bottom of the rep, big squeeze at the top...think big! I cant lift that much but will finish on 12 - 14 plates.

Next calf raise machine, same reps etc and a burn set at the end, stretch at bottom of rep, squeeze at the top, plus roll your foot from side to side

( toward big toe then small toe ) works inner and outer :grin:
