Big ups bro,Obviously put in the hard work....unlike alot of others :lol:

lol, thanks bro. training hard is he easy part. its having to eat constantly to try put on muscle thast gets tiresome. and im at my limit for fast food now asi dnt reall wana put on much more bodyfat than what i have in those pics. my main feed at moment is raw oats and protein powder mixed with raw egg whites and water. this is a super food and is super easy to prepare, can sit in a hot car all day. so is a very good choice for me as i cant really be fucked standing in a kitchen for hours everynight prepping for next day.

the raw egg white gets mixed into the oats with the water u cant even taste the egg white, just make the oats more runny instead of cardboard like. they dont normally sit in my car all day that was just an example of the convience factor of the whole meal... like you couldnt do that with chicken and rice really...

real food is always better than canned food daniel. you should know that.

It is real homes... I just take with digestive enzymes since all bacteria has been removed during the canning process. :grin:

today trained arms at massey uni in albany been stuck in the home gym the last few days so was good to get out and use some dumbells and cables etc..

i supersetted every exercises one set tri one set bi

close grip bench/machine preacher curls

straight bar curls/seated overhead db press

alternate db curl/rope push down (cable)

hammer curl/db kickbacks (kickbacks were light andperfect form just to kill them)

todays food intake till now, someone asked me to put it up so may as well while i wait for my 1-MR to kick in.

m1: mcdonalds breakfast lol protein shake 10mins later when got home

m2: oats raw/protein powder/egg whites raw mixed, banana

m3: can of pie filling, can of tuna (185gm), 2x150gm yogurts

m4: sushi (8 pieces salmon avo), banana, protein shake with milk,

m5: same as m2 + 2x150gm yogurts

m6: white rice, 200gm chicken

i will go gym now (legs workout 2/2 for week) followed by protein shake, powerade and glucose powder...

ill will eat this after gym and for rest of night:

m7: burger fuel combo lol

m8: whatever mum cooked for tea

m9: (b4 bed) protein shake with milk, oats protein powder, mct oil

TOOOOOO EASYYYYYY!
