totally individual - but one thing i have noticed for sure is that now im on low carbs, it has a more profound effect on me than when i had a constant ball of rice and meat in my guts, so you should get some good effects - the minimal sides dont effect everyone, and theyre not that bad! see if you can get some samples maybe?

The first time I took SP it was pretty full on and didn't really like it but I had bought an entire tub of it so I carried on using it. The next time was fine and now I love it! But I guess it doesn't suit everybody, but try to Mega-NO-blast and see how that is, it tastes awful, I have sent you two flavours to try so mix them with a little bit of water so there's only a small amount to swallow!! yurkk! :grin:

I find it hard to take things if i don't like the taste of them, especially casein!!

Yep DB flyes or machine flyes, you can do DB flyes incline or decline or both.

Jelly crystals? What kind of strange jelly crystals have you had? :shock:

I tried doing cable ones with 6kg each hand and could only do about 5 reps before my form went bad

Probably Budget brand jelly crystals :pfft:

That's bloody good for a first proper ab workout! How are the hanging raise treating you? I think I could do about 5 the first time! Let alone 3x10!!!

I have more trouble holding myself up and not shrugging my shoulders up

I had a very red face by the time i was finished!

Go hard tomorow when doing legs you may have a hard time walking out of the gym plus you might get some strange looks from other gym members or even from the people at the front desk.
