you need to work on ur glutes... theyre a bit flat

aha ,fatis the word ,lol. but yea im workin on havin a tigher ass this yr :lol: , mite be few yrs b4 i get to stridation on the glutes, but trust me, its on my 'to do' list :wink:

Maybe chopping up different cardio sessions, more cardio, some good fat burners.. Theres no reason why you shouldn't be able to dial in your hamstrings this next show brah. Just keep chipping away at it, and don't focus on your weight... ;)

yea i think i shud hav it sussed this time bro, i only did everything 4 wks out last time (cardio/diet/abs), this time im lookin on track allready and im planning on a 12wk diet (as i am doin cardio and abs already). wana hav a photo worth hangin u in the house after it this time :lol:
