na legs are balanced but by no means 'my secret weapon'.

they were just way whiter than my top half and just caused a glare on the camera, :pfft: . i think when they got tan on they will show a few lines in the right places :shifty:

ahaaha so it does :pfft: . yea it was spare of the moment posing so didnt set it properly. but yea i am gettin posing help from Brian Mcfarlane, and i got that side of things under control. but yea definatly posing is a main key .shame on me :oops:

um ive done weights for cuple yrs but have only been training for this comp for a year. still a real newbee at the whole sport :roll: , so im just tryin to take in as much knowledge as pos in the hopes to to become half decent someday :D

Hey dude, saw you down there. I'm sure it was a great learning curve for you so train hard for next year!! People like motivate me to get my crap together and train. Anyway, well done :D

um i was in novice 80kg+ ,and i weighed in at 85.8kg at 8.5%bf :oops: .

so i came 4th and the 3 other guys weighed in at 84kg(he came 3rd), 92kg(came 2nd) and 102kg(1st place)

so all gud though, learnt alot about wot to do next time and how to get leaner etc :grin:
