If they look that out of proportion they should start growing the legs. it has all been said above in regards to trackies etc. Personally I think that when guys just come in to do "pretty boy" exercises and forget legs, are after a root, and not really in it for the sport. TRAIN LEGS

and each to their own, if they just wanna buff up thier arms for the ladies then thats up to them, as long as they pulling the chicks then they are not wasting their time are they.

same goes for my car, my engiens fast as but its still got drum brakes on the rear, coz i dnt give a f*ck bout stopping

everyone just does wats important to themselves, and who really cares if they loomk stupid, at least it aint u right?

and frogie my mate only trains bis tris and chest no back shoulders or legs of corse so yea he only does the pretty boy exercises.... to make him look big i guess but whatever makes you happy right not everyone wants a nice detailed back.

your mate must be pretty out of proportion by now if hes gained 10 odd kgs.

is he getting rounded shoulders from over doing the chest and arms?at least try to get him to do some mid trap work to pull the shoulders back to show off the chest.

i had one guy at my gym and all he did was chest an tri's! he had a good build naturally but looked like a serious knuckle dragger with these big rolled in arms and tight chest and rolled forward shoulders!

Buff arms and skinny legs aint gonna do it for most chicks - not this one anyway :wink:

Had to laugh the other day, have a couple of gay guys at the gym i go to. they only train on the bench press. every second day they are on the bench press, and they only train chest, maybe arms every now and than. See them every time feeling their own chest after a set (not that big), over the last six months they haven't grown a cm. somone mentioned the whole theory of over training, which apparently after all their years of training, they don't buy into. lol makes me laugh every time.

i think it depends on each individual...some people are better at lower body exercises and can build their lower body easier than their upper body,like myself....while others have the opposite problem.....then theres the naturally gifted ones who are naturally well all rounder.....
