Apologizes

I was at a Naming Ceremony during the weekend and only thought about the last set late yesterday (However I was 6 hours from home).

To be honest I wouldn't have been in the running for this.

The negatives for me is cardio and diet (As always). I still plan on competing at the end of 2008 (before I turn 30), and have used this contest to kick start my weight training sucessfully. The positive for me has been the training, I haven't let coditions or injuries stop me (like in the past), and have had good strength increases. I'm alot bigger than I was whilst keeping the BF the same (6ft 4in, 112kg, 17%BF)

I will be starting a new Journal and that will include Cardio-Diet as well.

Well done, ohjoshua. To come home after a night like that and still post pics (and tidy your room for us! :wink:) ... well, that takes commitment. And like Andrew, I thought your lats were coming out nicely. Good stuff.

Looking particularly hot there, PnW. :grin:

I'll try and get everyone's photos into a form that we can compare easily. Possibly by tonight - certainly over the next few days.

Sadly, I'm misfortunate enough to have a flatmate with too much time on his hands, and a very warped sense of humour. So I know exactly what Dyceast means.

2guns, it's just the latest internet cliche - like the "O RLY?" owl. It refers to an animation that parodies the movie 300. If you've seen 300 and want to watch the parody, do a Google search for "300 queers". It's the top link.

Be aware though - it's probably R18, definitely not suitable for work (arguably not suitable for anyone!), and contains explicit sexual content that will almost certainly offend some people. You have been warned. :P

No, you need to do a google search for "300 queers". It's a flash parody of 300 hosted on http://www.newgrounds.com. If you're under 18 or particularly homophobic I don't recommend viewing it as it contains cartoon images of *gasp* willies. Oh the horror.

Personally I thought it was very funny. :grin:
