Here is a pic of me at Thames Mens Classic - not really the class for me will have to work harder and go for the mens Open...

I was 86KG on stage and I am 6'2" I only had help and a decent diet for 7 weeks before this comp (hadn't been eating enough and had just been shrinking rather than loosing just fat) but next time I am sure with the diet I did for that time I will come in spot on and I am definitely going to be bigger YEA! \:D/

Oh and just incase anyone missed it this is me just over 2 years ago... 120KG and thinking my huge legs were something to be ashamed of (Notice the shorts)

I am in this for the long haul - most of the guys I know personally and are my inspiration have been doing this and training hard for WELL over 10 years! So I am sure if I keep at it I can get there with time. Finally starting to get my head in a place that I can make the diet a lifestyle rather than diet for comp - get fat - diet for comp - get fat - I know to be competitive I am going to have to keep it all tighter.

I know I am always more inspired when I manage to get on here regularly and see other peoples progress so have to work on that as well.

20" arms!!!! u must have put on quite a bit of size since that comp

In the photos of Thames above my arms were around 18" so yea just under 2 inches in 3 & half months been taking some good sups Super Pump is awesome and the pumps you get with Niox are amazing - arms feel like they are going to POP! Have really hammered Triceps so most of that growth would be Tris.

I am sure if you put on 5 - 10kgs of mass overall the arms would bump up an inch or so as well ?

and you had 18" arms at 86kg and 6'2? that does not sound right? not with your decent sized legs?you sure you don't mean 96? I'm 6'1 and my last comp i was 102-103 kg onstage and arms where just on 18'1/2 pumped, my avtar pic's shows my arms which are not out of proportion for my size. Your not telling fishermans stories are ya buddy? post up some pic's of these guns of yours. 20-21" is huge for arms espically at 107kg, your arms and legs must be way out of proportion with the rest of you, @ 16% and those measurements and height i would expect your weight to be around 125-130 kg

Not bad, assumptions Mr natural, Not In Regards to ED, I mean but myself,me being 6'2 and 116kg at the mo my arms are just on 19" pumped @ about 12-13% BF, so im guessing if i were 125-130 then I am guessing I might just be able to crack that 20" goal. will thats that plan anyways. I need to be @ least 110 on stage next time I compete in order to fill out my height. bit of a bitch but in the long run all worth it.
