One year later...

Gave up on my training in 2008, found that Sydney-life had challenges that I was completely unprepared for and it all became too difficult.

At the moment I am slowly getting back into exercise, whether that be a short walk or a quick workout in the gym.

Diet is SHOCKING. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't feel the need to indulge in cake and ice-cream or other desserts EVERY night. I suppose if I cut these out then it wouldn't be so bad.

Compared to what I was previously, I am now a BLIMP. What muscle I did have has wasted away and I'm loose and flabby.

I do miss the days of being proud of my body but it seems I have learnt to accept what I have and I am happier with my body now and less self-concious then when I was when I was training every day!

So it seems to me that I should just focus on being happy and healthy and most importantly have fun. Gone are the days where I used to worry if I missed a training session or stressing about having enough protein. I will just relax and enjoy the exercise that I do partake in. :)
