yea, it was taken at 11ish pm....one of my boys had a pxt mobile so i asked him to take a shot...lol...wonder how my back looks when pumped and tanned...hehe... 8) my legs are good....il be in the under 90 class novice...

diet as of late

thermo upon waking

cardio

meal 1 =2 heaped tablespoons of oats and pineapple with 30 - 40 grams of protein powder(5grams l glutamine)

weights

meal 2 = protein shake(30-40grams)and banana(5grams l-glutamine)

meal 3 =200-300grams of steak and brocolli

meal 4 =cottage cheese(light)mixed with can of pink salmon(thermo)

shoot to work

meal 5 =30-40grams 0f protein powder

meal 6 =200-300 grams of chicken,100grams of kumara,brocolli

meal 7 =diet lite yoghurt and 30-40 grams of protein powder

after work round midnite

meal 8 =cottage cheese and salmon mix...

round 2am have my green tea and l glutamine and sleep...then wake up at 7am and repeat

with some of my meals ive been having coffee mixed with coke zero...keeps me buzzing...lol

Looking lean buddy. Just curious, how much protein do you take in a day?

Is Lynnie doing your diet? Never tried the coffee with coke zero.. sounds yum lol. You could also try adding coffee to the protein shakes... quite nice.

How do you find taking green tea in the middle of the night? If I have it in the evening, I find it really hard to sleep. I don't have much caffeine at all usually though, so it could be that I'm super-sensitive to it. You don't have problems?

mate with the busy schedule i have, green tea or any stimulants at night for me do jack....with the amount of food i take, man it burns off like nothing because im always active...lyn did my diet....she asked me to bump my protein because im up from 7 in the mourning to 2am. i am abit of a zombie but im still liftin hard and heavy...hey lazyone, you need me for team tonga?hehe
