Hi Legacy

Just wondering what your diet consist of?

Im 6ft 3 & 86kg,this time last year i was 78kg.My goal is 100kg.Your making great improvements so im very interested.

Hey mate,

Chicken,tuna,salmon,steak

Kumara, potato, rice, brown bread

Broccoli, olive oil, peanuts, carrots

Milk, eggs, cottage cheese, whey protein

Its good to be back on the gym again.

I was off for about 5 years when i returned and it was a painful beginning.

Took me about 6 months to go from 78kg to 72 which is my recc bmi.

BF was from 23 to 16%

Went to rest about 2 months ago for my vaction and gained to 73-74kg

Now gunning to go back again to 72 and hope to get leaner
