Hey Team,

I was on here back in 2007 under 2BulkUp but am now starting over in BB so thought I'd have a fresh start with a new name. Joined the local Snap Fitness and will be getting into it from this Thursday onwards.

My primary goal is strength and my secondary goal is size.

Current weight is 70kg at 6 foot 2

I am hoping to crack 80kg by the end of the year. :D

Thanks monarch. I'm looking at whey in 20-25kg quantities. Any ideas on what of the following would be best as I can't recall what I brought last time round:

-SWEET WHEY POWDER AUSTRALIAN (621 SUB) NON HYGROSCOPIC 25KG 100% 2/5

-ALACEN 132 WHEY POWDER BAG 25KG 100% 3/5

-WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE ALACEN 895 NON INSTANT ION EXC 25KG100% 4/5

-ALACEN 450 WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE INSTANT 20KG

I'm not sure what the x/x denotes at the end of description (I'm sure somebody will) but essentially you're just looking for the cheapest high quality WC (if that's your preference) you can get - don't over think it or pay a premium for branding!

Your probably right, its just parting with that much at once for protein,ouch...

Gotta do what you gotta do to achieve your goals

Plus if you buy it in bulk it's another incentive to stick with it. You won't want to quit after 6 weeks because you'll be thinking what the hell do I do with all this whey now :pfft:

I realise the food aspect. I was spending $200 a week last time on food.
