hey 2 guns.

just a word of wisdom or for what it is worth.

i think you have great potential and you will one day be at the top mate.

however, your young and very impresionable.

some of the guys you hang arround with are not the best influence for you. you know who they are.

stay natural mate till at least 25. you are at the best atvantage now of you free testosterone being high.

I saw at the aucklands that you where holding alot of water, dont suppose that was form salt or creatine?? do it naturally bro, you have got what it takes.

i was taking creatine up until about wednesday before the show.

i didnt try and drop my water or stop training before the show etc etc.

i just decided to do it a couple of weeks before just as some extra stage experience, the more the better.

but i should have practised my posing more, as i found it really hard to and tiring to hold the poses. but thats just because i didnt practise leading up.

thanks for the advice.

Did you have a look at 'Momentum' in the new Trusts Stadium?

I'm looking at changing gyms too when my membership runs dry & was considering Momentum (haven't had a good look at it yet but have heard pretty good things).

I totally agree with you on the overcrowding at West Wave - it's only going to get worse when spring arrives too. :x

i did have a look ther but again its all cramed into a little space maybe the same size as westwave so when u get a decent amount of ppl in ther its gonna be just as shit.

ive heard good things about their equipment but i hvnt trained ther b4.
