I didnt mean it my bro, some people were saying the same to me on my thread calling it "motivation" when really its being a fuckwit... granted your thread has alot better progress. You have done really good my bro.

Stop having an emo about it.

I havnt gone on your journal and provoked you, so likewise.

I just agreed with a guy for saying nice chicken legs. It's motivational because you should prove you don't have chicken legs by working them harder. How much do you squat?

I dont do proper squats...neither deadlifts. I probably should but I just keep to the leg curls leg press and hack squat thingy. I do legs once a week.

And you're trying to tell Defkid what to do? I was right in saying chicken legs. Do you even work back at all?

I know everyone has noticed the legs aren't in the photos but I can still tell that glutes need quite a bit of work. Squats and leg press with the most depth possible. Remember, it's not about who does the heaviest weight, it's about who can get the best range of motion and come back up, that's what will get your gains.

I switch it up every week. Usually starting with a squatting movement followed by leg press. Then I'd do lunges/another squat/leg extensions. If I don't do leg extensions, I'll do it after the lunges or squat. Then hams then calves (I usually do any exercise in any order for hams and calves).

  • 3 weeks later...

Well bit of a bad buzz last thursday, Was doing legs, came to the end of my workout and was doing leg press, nothing to heavy got to the las set. BANG! something in my head went pop! Followed by a 20 min Mind throbbing, crippling headache. . slept that night woke up feeling a bit woozie with a mild headache, went to the doc nothing major wrong she thought. Just take it easy, and rest up. So.....Today i attempted chest, was doing DB and went heavy, soon as my heart rate got up my head started throbbing. So i googled it, turns out quite alot of people have experinced this, from not breathing properly. anyone on here had this before?? am hoping it will subside soon..

So it's been a while since i updated this, Im now living abroad, and are using the fact I don't know anyone and have nothing to waste time on, to really lay down some hard yards. Im weighing 79kg now so have put on ruffly 4kg since my last photos, but my goal is to get to 85kg and look as lean as possiable.

I don't beileve in working twice and doing the "cutting phase" so im putting heaps of work into my diet, to add the muscle quick, and lean as poss. iv been hitting the legs twice a week (so sore as write this I can hardly walk haha) ,but am determined to add this weight. so pain is gain i guess..Will be adding pics as I goany tips or hints gladly accepted...
