Awesome event man, awesome prizes too.

not too sure on the totals for the ladies as i don't know there body weights but.....

In total the men have shifted 46.6 Tonne in a total of 18 minutes. That is what i call high intensity, high volume, training.

Well done Troy, Im not suprised to see you at the top of the list mate.We will have to hook up for that workout soon bro as im back in training and want to feed of that viking intensity you always bring.

Well done as well Bob (26) A very respectable finish especially when you take into account the short period of time you have been lifting, oh and the fact that your a bodybuilder not a powerlifter. A bodybuilder who spends most of his time painting his house before it is even built :pfft: :pfft:

Good lifting to all those that competed, it looks very competitive from the close results. Good on you steak for putting on such an awesome event

Might I assume that's a dig at an old adversary HP..?

I agree a very respectable result for Bob, Unfortunately he will never know what his present potential would have been had he taken the different path.. IE: built the house first....

ummm, why wouldnt a bber who uses hypertrophy-orientated rep ranges do well/better than powerlifters in a hi-rep competition? typically a bber does more cardio, and in alot of cases conditioning than your average plifter... :?

I use this term for Bob when I see him putting in effort on the minor muscles or doing exs like "seated partial biceps curls from the knees" while he is trying to gain mass Alymer maybe directing this at me with my big fat powerlifting bum and lack of muscular development from powerlifting  When I went to BB school if you wanted to get big you stuck to heavy basics and plenty of it. Guess I flunked

I thought Bob would have done better too bro. He has done a huge amount of "power cardio" on his recent cut and works in high rep ranges daily. Clearly not enough to beat a power lifter who had sitting on his fat disproportionate squat butt and after having 6 beers in the sun first

Bob = Bring On BASICS :lol::lol:
