Hah, well the same excuse I used earlier this year still applies. Life has just kept getting in the way. The short-term contract job I was doing this year was pretty full on - so much so that I'd lost up to 14kg at one point. You know how when things go well, people say how much bigger you're getting now? Well, I had the opposite experience - strangers were coming up to me in the gym and telling how much smaller I looked! :shock:

However, a new permanent job may be on the horizon (assuming both parties can agree on an employment contract!). So to answer your question... next year, I hope.

Right now I'm 85kg, and I'd guess around 10-12% BF. It's still nearly 10kg down from where I was roughly this time last year (although admittedly I also had more fat then). Anyway, we're climbing back up again now - slowly!
