Cornfed
This is me two months after starting a Paleolithic diet. I had hoped to have arrived at my ideal physique by now, but after losing the first ~7kg, the fat loss slowed to a crawl. However, I'm still progressing so I'll get there eventually. As can be seen, I still have some flab and loose skin around my chest and midsection, which really isn't much but detracts from the whole look. After I lose that and another couple of kg to make the muscles pop out, I should be about right. (Sorry about the quality of these pics - I haven't mastered the autotimer, lighting and such). deegee
Looking good, you have lost a fair amount of fat and gained muscle condition since the last pic I saw of yours. Keep it up
BigBob
Looks like you are showing some good results there Cornfed. Are you going to tweak your calorie intakes around or play with cardio frequency/duration to help rev up your metabolism to speed up the fat burn?Have you lost much strength? Cornfed
Looks like you are showing some good results there Cornfed. Are you going to tweak your calorie intakes around or play with cardio frequency/duration to help rev up your metabolism to speed up the fat burn? No, I'll probably just keep plodding along. I hope to be lean and muscular indefinitely, and if I have to do anything too complicated to achieve that look then it is unlikely to last. Have you lost much strength? I haven't lost any strength in most lifts. An exception is squats, where I find it hard to do true full range of motion lifts above 110kg. I expect that I'm missing the cushion of fat that used to help at the bottom. I'm not able to do heavy bench presses because of a rotator cuff injury anyway, but if I were it would probably be the same story with that. Cornfed
what about the loose skin: will it ever dissapear or will it stay till u nip tuck it ?I had rather hoped it would disappear on its own. I've been up to over 100kg before and the skin has obviously tightened since then, so it should only be a matter of time. also whats your work out split like ?Still doing 4 sort of whole body workouts a week consisting of whatever compound pushing, pulling and leg exercise I want to do on the day, plus exercises for whatever peripheral bodyparts I want to work.
