Pre summer cut pics

So summers just around the corner and ive been meaning to chuck up some before pics over the last couple of weeks and here they are. looking at getting more lean than I am at current. I posted up pics same time last year, but they are gone now - wish i had them to compare! Mods r they still floating in the system somewhere?

Didnt have a decent back pic so took that thismorning. Rest took yesterday.

60kg

176cm

21Yrs

Live way out so dont go to the gym but have lots of weights at home, pull up bar etc. Into kinda military/bootcamp style training and freeweights. Train 5-6 days a week for around 40min. Not sure of bodyfat but last year this time it was 11% (according to PT). Goals for next year are stacking on as much muscle as possible while keeping the fat down, like most of us I guess. Any tips to improve apart from cutting down carbs and daily cardio? Drink lots of coffee and muscle milk.

U have nothing to cut you're lean as but I think you need to eat lots more if you want to stack on the muscle

:ditto: Looking good Courts, ready for summer and it's only October! but like Nessie says, you would have to up the calories (even if the carbs stay the same and the protein goes up) to add some muscle.

looking fantastic, looks like u already prepared for summer well done 8) , as for tips try drinking green tea with no sugar few cups a day, and keep lactose aka dairy products to minimum, u say you do daily cardio? do u do it split, like am cardio then weights at pm? or do u do it in one go?

Thanks yeah I looove green tea I just gotta remember to drink it! I do it split most days but on the odd day I might do combined if I feel like it. When I do cardio sometimes its with strength training like dune running, intervals, sprints etc.

I start prepping for summer basically all year! Tryna boost my protein with shakes, fish, eggs etc. dont eat red meat/chicken (youll all love tht wont ya haha).

an i know i have relatively low BF but this may sound weird but all the fat i do carry is on my ass, which ya cant see from the pics. i dont wnt to get leaner on my upper body, but they say ya cant spot reduce?

Firstly... there's nothing wrong with that :pfft: Secondly, from the slight side shot in one of the pics it doesn't look big by any stretch of the imagination... I think you're in fantastic shape as it is :nod:

In saying that though, constantly wanting to improve is a good mentality to have IMHO, so well done :clap:
