wonder if he only consumes 30g of protein at a time ? ( ya know cause the rest would get wasted )

2:00am 200g Lite Cottage Cheese

6:00am 1 Banana

30g Whey Protein Isolate

Mixed in water

Taken the milk & oats out of this meal to make me hungry for breakfast rather than hating the idea of it :lol:

1 Hour Walk

7:30am 9 Egg Whites

1 Whole Egg

50ml Skim Milk

(whisked and cooked in a non stick fry pan)

70g Oats

300ml Skim Milk

(done in microwave)

1 apples on top of porridge

10:00am 125g Cooked White Rice

50g Crunchy Peanut Butter

225g Skinless Bonless Breast (raw)

25ml HP BBQ Sauce

100g Mixed Vege

Shifted from 11:00am back to 10:00am because that is to damn long to wait for food :pfft:

12:30pm 125g Cooked White Rice

225g Skinless Bonless Breast (raw)

25ml HP BBQ Sauce

100g Mixed Vege

added to the day

3:00pm 200g Rump Steak (raw)

125g Cooked White Rice

25ml HP BBQ Sauce

100g Mixed Vege

Shifted from 2:00pm to 3:00pm because of the extra chicken / rice meal added

5:00pm (pre workout)

30g Whey Protein Isolate

1 Banana

7:00pm (post workout)

60g Whey Protein Isolate

10g Glutamine

100g Oats

410g Tinned Peaches in Lite Juice

8:00pm 250g Hoki Fillet

2 Cups of cooked green beans

10:00pm 200g Lite Cottage Cheese

Total Calories 4223

Protein 461.1g 44%

Carb 441.4g 41%

Fat 74.8g 15% (Sat 12.8g, Poly 14.9g, Mono 25.9g)

I am pretty sure this will be the last bit of fine tuning that i need to do at this stage untill i start getting some measurements done.

Yea. This was the pic I had in mind when I made the above comments. Looks like his skin paid the price for gaining all that excess weight back in the day. 360lbs or wat ever. Currently he's taking some time to grow an is staying lean under Hany Rambod. If he doesn't make a dramatic improvement, it maybe time from him to reassess his goals. Especially if Hany can't work any magic. Will be interesting to see if a training style can put a peak on those biceps, grow decent lats ect...

yea but he actually has muscle, a low bodyfat% and knows how to train.

Bob dont listen to the bodybuilder boys! Eat as much protein as you want, do as many sets as you want train as long as you want. Think about all the oldschool bodybuilders and strongmen presteroids. All lifted big, ate big and were strong and lean to boot. Extreme training=Extreme results (take that jamie lewis :pfft: )

Yes. think about the old school bodybuilders. An think about why those training practices are no longer used today.... :doh: Don't listen to twigs like SG. They obviously have no idea what they're talking about. :-s
