Hey Jagged, welcome! Good on you for posting pics (and in your first post, too!)

I think your self-assessment is pretty accurate. Your legs in particular need lots of work. Lats - possibly, but your posing isn't showing them off to best advantage anyway. Try bringing your elbows up and not squeezing your shoulders back - you want to open out nice and wide. Chest and shoulders look really good.

To bring up triceps, try structuring your routine split so that they get hit with chest at the beginning of the week, and then again with shoulders at the end. Because your chest and shoulders are so strong, you might like to experiment with doing your tricep-specific sets first in the workout.

Not that i know of, ive never been on gear before.

i do have a fair bit of extra padding at the moment, dieting has thus far not been my strong point :oops:

at least you know what gyno is.
