These are just a couple of pics. The first one is of me about a year ago, I weighed 75kg and drunk 3 times a week and the other is of me onstage at my first comp. It was the NABBA top of the south championships. WHICH I WON OVERALL MENS PHYSIQUE... MEAN. I was 86kg onstage my height is 177cm. let me know wat ya reckon... :grin:

Hahaha thats me in the white top, I had just turned 19 um just got sick of same old stuff. Wanted to get massive. So just stuck my head down and a year later Im 20 and preety happy with progress. Im competing again next weekend at the NABBA Nationals in christchurch as a junior.. . . :grin:
