Ah yes you can....back to the drawing board for you sonny boy!

well only on high doses as progesterins are female hormones, but most of us dont experience water retention on it coz we dont use a gram a week of tren like you. and why do u use that much? you dont look like you use a gram of tren a week. ur winning...

heard u had a wedding within the last couple of years, so tell me... whats it like marrying your chin or was it your twin??

Doesnt have to be a high dose to see prolactin problems.

It's a well known fact these days.

we were talking about water retention not other prolactin sides. and water retention on a low to moderate dose of tren doesnt happen, if your getting it not from the tren. maybe its half tren half deca lol like the half test half synthol vials u have.

Disagree - at the end of the day it really depends how sensitive you are to prog/prolactin sides. Water retention being one of them.

cosign that tren fucks your fitness im breathless as f*ck after bench!

The following is not intended to be medical advice, but something to consider. It's a pretty simple thing and one that's often overlooked :)

Steroid use may increase magnesium requirements (as can a high protein diet). Magnesium is essential for proper heart function and rentention of other mins such as potassium and calcium. Serum magnesium levels (the test most docs use) don't reflect body stores of magnesium. Blood levels are kept within the normal range at the expense of other tissues.

Low magnesium can result in shortness of breath on exertion, which could be perceived as lack of fitness. It may be that diet and daily multi are not meeting requirements (e.g. due to competing nutrients in a multi, malabsorption in the GI tract, or general insuffciency).

Magnesium is a critical element in 325+ biochemical reactions in the human body.

Recent research, in France and several other European countries, gives a clue concerning the role of magnesium plays in the transmission of hormones (such as insulin, thyroid, estrogen, testosterone, DHEA, etc.), neurotransmitters (such as dopamine, catecholamines, serotonin, GABA, etc.), and minerals and mineral electrolytes.

This research concludes that it is magnesium status that controls cell membrane potential and through this means controls uptake and release of many hormones, nutrients and neurotransmitters. It is magnesium that controls the fate of potassium and calcium in the body. If magnesium is insufficient potassium and calcium will be lost in the urine and calcium will be deposited in the soft tissues (kidneys, arteries, joints, brain, etc.).

Formula to Calculate Magnesium Daily Requirement

5 to 10 milligrams per day per kilo of ideal body weight or 2.5 to 4.5 milligrams per day per pound of ideal body weight.

Example: 70 kilos or 150 pounds = 350 mg to 700 mg daily

remember not to use underground magnesium, it tends to be underdosed

anyway will be good to have a some workouts at eastside barbell (the wanker free zone) and watch some of the east side open lifting comp. Big rookie making his 4th debut, should be a good few days.
