Wow so great to see your progress! I'm new to this and have never done any comps or anything like that. I myself have also just had a baby (third) who was born in May. Gained about 12kgs during pregnancy and have since lost it (bubs is now 11 weeks old). I'm usually hitting the gym around the same time but have come to a halt with my work out because I don't feel as though I'm training the right way to shape my body. Would love to follow your progress and get some helpful tips. Am currently sitting at 60kgs (sorry don't know how tall I am?), have a similar diet to yours (only for the last week or so) and of athletic build (aside from the not-so-tight areas). Anyway, am copying your program - just need to sort out my weights program - still haven't got that quite into a routine cause I'm all over the place still!

Anyway you look fab! GO THE MUMS IN HERE!

Hey there! Congrats on your new addition! Are the other 2 old enough to help out? My son Lincoln is 10 this weekend & is like a 3rd parent!!

Great to hear you are working out already aswell. My weights programme is on the 'workout journal' section. I also share recipes, ideas and my daily ramblings on my blog (link below).

Im sure it's supposed to say mother f*cker. As in wow that's amazing. I'm sure no1 on this site intends to be nasty or rude to anyone guys.

Woop Woop!

Yesterday I did myself proud and competed in the Bikini Class and the Waikato/Coromandel NZIFBB show here in Hamilton.

I had a class of 5, and didnt place. However, I am extremely happy to have even made it to the stage and know I looked pretty darn good for a mum, aged 36, who had her 2nd baby 5 months ago!

Today I have rested, eaten a bit too much, and enjoyed my accomplishment. Tomorrow I'll rest again, but get out for a good power-walk, then on Tuesday start on my next plan of attack.

I finally placed my order today: just some Balance Post Recovery Stack and Glutamine. 2 products I seem to use a lot of, so I'm very grateful to Punchsupplements for the freebie! :nod:

Thanks for all your kind comments. I've been reading up on 10x10 training over the last couple of days and will start that next week; hoping to get great results on it. :P
