To carb cycle is to have a mikxture of high, med, low and zero carb days throughout then week or someting similar, some people cycle carb days with fat days. its jus another way of the many ways to do things

You finding your ab training actually helps change the aesthetics of them?

interesting question bro I think the compound movements we do all year round have more to do with them to be honest as they seem deeper than any other year and I can only think this is due to the best training year of my life.... definately is diet and cardio is the key...I think the oblique exercises are certainly helping bring out the four or five cuts down each side...

Yeah I think the oblique training helps bring out the "fingers" but I'm not sold on training the rectus, I just do it as a just in case type of thing

Good work on the tri's TT  Plenty of weight with the DB ext's!!

What have you found best work's for you in terms of volume/weight/reps

For the overall mass I have found that 6-8 reps has been best for me my body responds to the heavy sets more than anything else.

Im also a fan of fairly high volume training especially in the winter months when im carbed up and have plenty of training energy.

Are you training with the deadlift king MZero???

I've responded well to volume so far and yeah haha the pump when you're on plenty of carbs is mental! Nah I don't, I train with the squat king, he's almost 40 :pfft:

Hi TT...

If as you say, you've found 6-8 reps best for overall mass... What is your reasoning for using such consistantly high volumes (12-15 reps)....?
