Cheers steak and OB right steak has motivated me to take a couple vids the fist will be a squat session tomorrow f*ck what others think in the gym as Ive thought about taking some vid for future reference and as a training aid for ages so yeah tomorrow we shall see me squatting til I get picked off the floor :pfft:

bro mean benching next time try this dropset

140kg max reps

100kg max reps

60kg if you get more than 10 your the shit

do it after your heavy set I got it off MD website treybrewer and rodney roller do it both of them couldnt get more than 10reps on the 60kg its fun

I got 9 reps thats my most haha

Keen as to give this a go mate sounds a mighty drop set.

Jigga there is a big difference between a drop set and a continual set dropping weight whilst under load....that 20seconds when racked and are dropping the weight is worth at least a couple of extra reps
