I don't know anything much about gear, however, I think like has been said, you could look pretty awesome once that fat is stripped off, you must show us some back shots when you get leaner, keep up the work.

We all look awesome with the fat stripped off... just sayin'

So started to cut-off from February. Initial BW around 100kg

Diet - Cyclical Ketogenic Diet taken from here - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthrea ... adid=36497

Training - from the same article

Monday - Chest, Back

Tuesday - Shoulders, Arms

Thursday - Legs

Friday - Monday and Tuesday together.

Will keep going until reach 8-10% BF

Start a journal Alex - keen to see how your cutting goes and here how you keto pans out. :clap: (100kg ... good weight to start from - how much will you weigh at 8%?)

Process little bit slow, dropped to 97kg with around 3cm lost in a waist line. Ordered a bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore-X, hopefully it'll speed up the fat burning.

Still not sure if I need to include any cardio as most of the sources discourage it in order to keep muscles.

i can tell you this those 'sources' you mentioning are shit.cardio is very importent if you want to loose fat

i can tell you this those 'sources' you mentioning are shit.cardio is very importent if you want to loose fat

Can you support your opinion that cardio on keto is necessary? Just make sure it's not a "shit" as you said.
