chur... yeah chest is a bit of a problem for me... it doesnt grow! lol gotta have patience ay. i've been hacking away at those shrugs so i guess it worked! im 16 btw

You're only problem is your age. Once you get to 20 and stop growing, you will fill out alot and be huge. Think you should focus on your delts and tris, improve them alittle and you'll be a massive 16y.o.!
