Progress of back :D

Ok so here is my back progress over about 4 months i know its quite alot of time should be bigger but have put on a bit more beef went from 65-67kg to now between 75-77kg so not sure if you can tell.

Weights have gone up significantly at the start was only doing 50kg pulldowns and 50kg seated rows also only managing to do 1 or 2 pull ups and 1 arm rows about 20 kg 10 reps.

Now i am hitting 100kg 1-2 reps on pull down and 85kg for 10 solid reps and about the same to on the seated rows, getting much better on pull ups able to do 15+ each time i workout and also 1 arm rows are now at 35kg with 8-9 solid reps

As of Monday i have recently started the Optimum Anabolics diet / workout routine will post pictures over the 6 weeks and show you how the diet goes. cheers any feed back will be greatly appreciated.

Hey yea mate will be starting dead lifts and barbell rows with new workout routine, just haven't gotten around to starting those workouts didn't want to start them if i didn't have good form or that. Am new to gym so yea only 16 still long way to go :).

Cheers heaps for feed back yea definitely keeping me out of trouble gives me something to focus on and goals to reach cheers hopefully i should have my diet set by this week :D will be sure to post progress pics up.
