nah mate, got to 100 about 3-4 weeks ago but a little too tubby for my liking so have cut back on a few things and increased other things, will be there again shortly and leaner in the next week or two...

good squats luigi 165kg for 7 on final set is some good weight mate,.....Im gonna start the TT journal next week so should be interesting!!

well i havnt trained since last journal entry so thats a month and a half. bout time to get back into it.

goal is to bench 140x6 by end of year

piss off ! i think you got a hell of an advantage. if you made it 160x6 for you and 140x6 for me then we should have a bet
