My program? I just do what I can be bothered on the day :grin:

Quite frankly I'm a little shocked I managed to get to the gym twice this week!

With my strength being way down I'm not enjoying the gym as I used to, but the motivation will be back.

    160kg x 3
    140kg x 5

- Pull ups

  • bw x 8
    bw x 8
    bw x 8

- One arm db rows

  • 50kg x 10,10
    50kg x 10,10

- Squats

  • 60kg x 10
    80kg x 10
    100kg x 10

* Forgot belt and wraps again. Had no grip on 160's. First time doing squats in a long time. Knee felt good. Will look to go up 20kg a week.

* The upper body was still quite sore from a mega tough rugby training the day before. Triceps died on the bench. The 3 million down ups I did on Tuesday was probably enough chest work.

I'm weighing up my options....

On a side note it's time to make an appointment to check out "the House". I've had enough of the pathetic "family gym" I go to. I had a skinny high school twink walk into the bar as I was deadlifting the other day. He was distracted because he was instructing an even skinnier twink on how to do cable crossovers.

If they are going to let these young idiots train at their gym then someone should teach them about gym etiquette so they don't get yelled at by a grumpy old man :pfft:

* Trained at 'The House' last night! Well, more of a do a set in between conversations sort of training :pfft: Which was fine coz my hand is a little screwed at the moment. can't close it and make a fist.... not exactly ideal for benching. But it was good to meet OB and see a cool hardcore environment.

* My hand felt good all week so I didn't strap it for this session. After the first warm up set I discovered I should have strapped it :doh:

Squats felt good. First time I've done 140 in a while and with no belt or anything it felt pretty comfortable.

I got a free sample of superpump250 so I took that pre workout. Felt good in the gym, but then spent most of the evening on the potty :oops:

There were wellington bodybuilding celebrities everywhere. i was a little star struck. lots of talking not much training. Hand getting much better, but on the heavier weights still feels a bit shaky....
