Hello Loochi,

I am honoured that you like my physique! thank you very much and i hope i can motivate you to master your dreams...and yes this is Sanjeev:)

firstly, you have an amazing base to build a better body than mine. when I started out, i was mere 49kg! where's the genetics people talk about??

I shut out negative comments all my life and still do and will always... this world is full of fools, always trying to drag you down with them.

I built my symmetry and structure based on the olypiams as idols. I think people need to aspire to a high standard to achieve such standards otherwise its just not possible.

BB to me is a creative adventure and an eye for detail. I approach my training much like an artist to a canvas. there's always much to do and you always learn new things along the way. Loochi, you have so much time on your hand and your potential is only limited by your standards.

I am in no way complete, there's always going to be weak bodyparts. but the idea is to grow and mould your body as you go rather than smashing weight and starering at scales.

nzmusclemonster! eye posing routine...i'm sure you can come up with something better than that, can't you?? maybe its caused by severe dehydration or nerves...i dont know? I thought this was body building?? as long as you not checking my package down below, i'm sweet. peace!

Loochi, get in touch with me when you are here in akl...and will have a training session. god bless.

Hey Sanjeev! Welcome to the boards, I am honored you even replied hehe  - Trust me mate, you motivate me and my cousins to master our dreams... We all think you have the best physique in NZL but that's subjective I guess.

I admire you shutting out negative comments as I am like this too. All I think about is acheiving my bbing goals and nothing yet has me doubting if I can't do it and I don't think there will be..!! :D

Thank you so much for posting in this thread Sanjeev and being so humble. My respect for you has gone up that much bro! - Beautiful quote "Your potential is only limited by your standards" - definitly agree about aspiring to something so high like the olympians or something that looks unique...

I would love to have a train and learn your philosophies :D - I always come stay in auckland at the end of the year for a month or two, maybe I will hit you up then! :D - Take care bud and go for that NZL title... Your time to shine!!

LOL thanks big girl :D you always got my back \:D/

Good to have you on the boards Sanjeev, saw you and Loochi compete at the Nationals and both looked awesome.

Loochi to my mind, you stood out because of your symmetry mate and conditioning, which was better than the guy who placed 2nd, just time man.

Once you have good symmerty, it makes things a bit easier, it's then a matter of working to a goal size/weight class.

Sanjeev looked just ridiculous in his class, and really stood out due to his proportions (real wide shoulders and lat flare, tiny waist and great quad sweep). To my mind, same kind of proportions that a young Ken Wheeler had(tiny joints, full muscle bellies) that kind of meso/ect set of genes that many of us wish we had!

Good luck for this years comps to you both!

Matrix: Thanks mate!! Much appreciated bro! :D You going to watch the Auckland show again? I might go watch eh, would be good to catch up. We will see though because of busy exam schedule!

Are you competing this year bro? I'm taking a long time to try and grow and improve some of my areas!! :D

I'd stop hitting bi's after lats/back and do bi's or tri's. I was doing back an bi's like your self, but have recently changed up and I'm please with the results. I know alot people like back an bi's for the whole pre-fatigue effect, but I've have had great results from doing arms solo.

Yeah mate, at the moment Ive qualified for the NABBA Nationals in Open Athletic Tall (October) so thats what Im training for. Pretty sure Grego, Andrew and Tom Wojick will be there, so I'll be in some pretty freaking good company. For me it would be an honour to share the stage with someone like Tom as he helped me with my posing and nutrition advice alot when I first competed, he's one dedicated guy, great athlete, strong as also!

My goals to come in as conditioned and hard as I can see where I stand in the line up, as some of the guys in these classes have some wicked physiques. I think I can compete on condition if not size, for me it's more about keeping off season size gains while I diet, which for a natural is the constant challenge.

Hopefully I will have made enough improvements in the off season to not look out of place!

How about yourself? Qualifier then Nationals???? NZFBB??? Which class this year bro????

Beans, diet is not the same all the time. I make sure to include variety. 30-40g protein per meal and around 70-80ish carbs and i include healthy fats. (Also no canned foods and I try to keep each food as natural as I can.. If that makes sense :pfft: )

Matrix, that's good bro I seen your picture on gofigure, you looked good. Keep at it and you'll place bro!!

Nah I'm not competing this year or any time soon! I really wanna grow (slowly) to keep my gains and look different. I think competing every time won't leave you with enough time to make a significant change.. Though I've seen some people do it, I just think I need time.. :D
