Sorry to make another picture thread this will be the last for a while, don't want to be greedy.

What do you guys think? Do I have potential to become like Sanjeev Narayn's body when I get more training under my belt??

Weak points: BICEPS!!! Arms in general :doh: - I will remedy this body part I can assure you. - Can't see much other than arms and legs in this photo lol. Sorry, don't feel confident wearing my trunks at the momentt :lol:

I want to bring legs up a bit, they look alright but not in this pose... Want to make them bigger.. Lats bigger too... to make waist look smaller :D - waist smaller in contest season.

Anyway, what ya think? Tips/Advice or whatever man.

Gymsta: Haha yeah, I don't blame them or gonna argue with the people who said no, you should see Sanjeev man, his lats and waist.. Everything about him. Thanks Gymsta... I know I can get lats a bit bigger and I will hehe, but I think my waist plays a role too :D - Just need to work hard on guns and other stuff -_-

Don't aspire to be like anybody fella! I don't mean you shouldn't have idols ect just everybody has a different genetic make up. Train hard hard smash your weak body parts and your body will take it's own shape and you never know somebody might be on hear one day asking if they can be like loochi.

Of course you do bro, you guys have a similar genetic structure … wide shoulder to waist ratio, wide back, good muscle tie in’s, & separation ( = deep cuts) & proportional frame

The only difference between you guys is time & “supplements”

PS Sanjeev has a weak chest

You've got a fantastic physique Loochi - keep on going. Train hard, eat well and rest. One would assume that Andrew knows about Sanjeevs "supplementation" - did you give him hints Andy?

"Supplementation" as mentioned does not replace the above and it never will - period!!. Sanjeev has beautiful proportions. Shoulder to waist ratio is unbelievable - and that you cannot get from "supplements!". Genetics plays a huge role also. There are many who have competed that still cannot get their diet right, their tanning, presentation etc... Sanjeev has that in buckets. You will too if you continue on.

Keep your mind open to those who have your wellbeing at heart and are extremely knowledgeble. One particular person who dials his diet in everytime he competes is Aron Noble. Give him a bell if you need guidance and motivation, he will steer you in the right direction. Listen to those who you do admire. But remember, everyone is different. You will be fine, your doing so well for someone so young. Congrats you're looking awesome. :nod:

About to go blast these arms!!! Never been so motivated to bring the biceps up!! I will curl in the squat rack in the name of nzbodybuilding!! Nah kidding...

Andrew: Thanks Andrew!! I sorta thought I have similar though not exactly the same, I will try my best to train as hard and as smart as I possibly can and stay dedicated...! :D

Ann: Hey Ann! Thanks alot for posting! - Is it true Aron is your nephew?? (serious q lol) - Yeah he's hte man yo.. big for his body weight I reckon and shredded as. He's really genuine and friendly, have him on FB. I will ask him in your name eh? Lol

obviously you need more mass which is going to take time to build, your arms are probably your lagging b/p at the moment, which is probably sanjeev's strongest b/p. In saying that i think your shape is pretty good like sanjeev,which is a great thing to have and to build on.

you also have calves which poor sanjeev doesn't have a lot of :)

Gymsta: Thanks bro lol! From the outside arms look sweet but when I do a front double bi.. :doh: - Gotta hit the arms hard man. Used to be a strong point once eh... lol!

To answer your question in the last set of fotos I posted I was around 11% appearantly, I'm guessing I'm a bit higher than that now.. can't be by much though.

To give you an idea I posted two pics which shows off how small waist gets during contest.. at the moment I think its jus 27" - Here's a pic of me at the gym which was pretty small, I think it was 2 weeks out from contest and yeah the belt is on tight but I could still breathe and keep it on if I wanted :lol:

And another pic of me doing lat spread at competition which shows how small it is

Mr Natural: Hey bro! - Yeah definitly need more mass :(! I'm trying really hard to bulk leanly though eh because if I get too off season I tend to lose it if I cut down...!

Haha thanks bro!! :D I will try hard to make use of this physique, I worked calves hard out wen I was in highschool with my body weight... I used to be pretty quick at sprintng, nothing special but I thought if I did calf raises with body weight it would magically make me run faster :lol:

Mung: Thanks bro! Much appreciated about the legs n lats. Really want them to be insane to make waist small but can't forget other body parts eh? :lol: Train hard!!

Loochi, You have got a great Athletic Physique for a young man. Its fine to aspire to be like someone that you admire but in the end we create our own reality with hard work, determination & a goal to be better than the average man. Sometimes, as BBers, we lose sight of just who we are & how we are looking compared to say your mates & associates. We are strange creatures forever beating ourselves up in search of the perfect body. You have got time on your side & I'm sure you could achieve a result similar if not better than those you mention. Just be aware it does take some years to get to those levels & yes some pretty heavy duty additives. Hope to see you in a WFF Men's Athletic Class in the near future. Good luck in your endeavours

Hey Rod!! That was a heart warming post mate, I'm honored you believe in me like that :oops:

I am definitly wanting to give NABBA a try one day just because of the NZFBB corruption and drama between me and Moe :pfft: but I want to make a difference to my physique before I step on stage so I'm going to give it 110% in my training..

In your honest and humble opinion, I have been working out for 3 years now (March 2007 until now) ... How will I know what my genetic limit is etc?? And am I wasting my time as a natural??

And what would you give me in terms of advice mate
