That idiot, eat your veges, eat your meats, eat your grains/nuts/legumes whatever and win.

He has a pathetic physique that he claims is lots of muscle, horseshit. You can live on a very low protein diet just fine, most veges/vegans do, wont get big on it though.

All the aminos/enzymes in raw foods still dont add up to much, keep drinking shakes n eating steaks.

while i disagree with him, i do think there's a myth surrounding protein intake.

it's been proven that increasing protein intake when doing hypertrophy is beneficial, but you don't need 2-3 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight to build muscle.

It’s bullshit promoted by the supplement, meat and dairy industry. But people believe anything they're told

regarding plant protein, it's absolutely ridiculous to write it off as "useless" protein because it may not be a complete protein

There's so much dogma in the bodybuilding world. It's as if something has been said enough times, it becomes "science"

LOL "I have no body fat" yeh right! I agree this video has nothing to do with Body Building he is a distance runner. The less of you there is the better for distance running you don't want to be carrying much about. He's not muscular at all, I'm not suprised he doesn't eat any protein maybe he should!

Here is another distance runner AKA 'Marathon man' who does ultra marathons running for days on end without stopping and eat tons of protein

We had a guy we kind of train and he was just shit, not making any progress. We come to find out he started going vegetarian like his girlfriend, stupid!!!!! Once he went back on meat he started making some gains and things are much better now!!!

Its totally stupid!! I was pretty much giving up on him, he seemed to be getting weaker!! Dumbass didn't even tell me, I thought he was still eating the meat!

yeah I agree... I think 2-3 grams is excessive (unless your an enhanced bodybuilder then your body can syenthisis more.)

and plant protein isnt useless... but you would have to eat more of it to acheive the same result.
