-Bench - 65x5, 75x4, 87.5x3x2, 100x8, 120x3x4 (42 Fury)

-DB Flys - 35x10x5

-Rope pushdowns - 110x10x5

-Pushups - 10x5

Good session today, top raw set of bench was meant to be 100x3x2 but decided to make it a bit harder. Got my first touches in the shirt on the last set at 120 - felt good!

Physio today, and clear to deadlift and leg press now! One week and i'm allowed to ease back into squats. He's pretty sure it's just compression/inflammation of the meniscus rather than a tear. Very pleased with this.

-Sumo DL - 70x8, 110x3, 140x3x4, 160x3 - Just easing back into it, no pain at all

-Bench - 62.5x5, 75x4, 87.5x3x2, 100x2x3, 105x2x2, 100x3x2

-DB Flys - 35x10x5

-Leg press - 3x20 - Tiny bit of pain, but went away after a few reps. Might leave this out for another week just to be safe.

Awesome workout, deadlift felt great. Bench feeling good, but pretty beaten up from Monday - and another heavy bench session on Friday. All good fun though

Bear in mind the 117.5 was raw and this was in a bench shirt :pfft:

But think i'd be good for about 125 raw now

-Bench + 25kg chains - 60x5, 67.5x4, 80x3x2, 90x3x7

-Log press (strict) - 50x4x5

-DB Fly - 15x10x5

-Deadlift (sumo) - 60x5, 100x5, 140x3, 160x3x4

Bench felt so strong today, heaps better the last time with chains. Need to keep my grip in, much stronger than out wide. Deadlifts good, still trying to perfect the sumo technique - definitely getting better, but need every rep to be the same.

Awesome workout. Bench felt really good, managed to touch every rep in the shirt. And first time back squatting! Just nice and light, but pleased to report that it's the first time i've squatted without pain in 3 months. Will go up to 80kg on Wednesday, 100ish on Friday and then back into full volume next week (with a slightly lower max for a week or two). :D

-Deadlift (sumo) - 110x5, 132.5x5x2, 155x4x2, 165x3, 180x3 (40 Cent, no belt), 180x3 (40 Cent, belt), 180x3 (38 Cent, belt)

-Log press - 40x4, 60x4, 50x4x5

-Rope pushdowns - 110x10x5

-Rack-pull (sumo, ~4 inches below knee) - 110x5, 132.5x5x2, 155x4x2, 180x3x4

Great workout, nice light squats but no pain at all. First full volume deadlift workout in a while, felt good. Suited deads felt great, nice and fast. Will stick to the 40 centurion for deads.

-Cable side-bends - 5x6

-Foam rolling - Back

Really good workout, upper back and core strength really coming along. Decided I need to work on my grip if i'm going to pull something solid at Nationals, will do the static holds weekly.

Great workout, back to full volume squatting now, and didn't feel too weak. Tried the bench shirt out with a belt today, worked up to 135kg - almost touched, easy press, very pleased.

-Deadlift (sumo) - 110x4, 132.5x4, 155x3x2, 165x3 (B), 185x3x3 (B, 40 Cent), 200x1 (B, 40 Cent), 200x2 (B, 40 Cent) - Decided to do some singles and doubles at a bit higher than what was written down, was feeling good. Dave took some vids, think they'll be up tomorrow.

-DB Flys - 15x10x5

Good workout, deads feeling nice and tight. Was in a fair bit of pain around my back/shoulder/trap though - think my rib was playing up again, one of those things that will be gone by tomorrow though so no worries.

Good workout today, squat felt pretty poor on the first session but think it was only because I wasn't wearing any shoes - same weight on second session (with shoes!) felt about 10kg lighter. Bench feeling pretty good, weight nice and light. Not using wrist wraps on raw stuff atm, seems to be helping a bit.
