Trained at work today, trying to get my girlfriend back into the gym. Really good workout, bench felt good and squats felt really solid after my knee warmed up. Ripped a pair of shorts though and flashed the whole gym...

Good workout today, knee still pretty iffy so wore sleeves on all the squats - not too bad once warmed up and definitely on the mend. Tried out my new strangulators and convicts on the top sets, found the convicts had a bit more rebound, although I had them both pretty loose. Bench feeling good

Still have a sore knee, and hip was getting a bit sore today, but not a bad workout - nice and fast. Need to really start focusing on getting my knee better

Cheers. Physio visit this afternoon to sort out what it is, then hopefully just work with it, keep it warm and moving, and incorporate some rehab exercises.

Good workout, lots of squats! Knee felt really good after physio and warming it up on the bike. Squats felt really solid, very pleased. Bench felt good too. Have been doing core work every day at work and shoulder stretching/rear delt work.

First day of 5 week peaking cycle for CDs

-Bench - 60x3, 67.5x3, 80x3, 85x3, 92.5x3x2, 97.5x3, 105x2

-Squat - 107.5x2, 127.5x3, 150x3x5 (B), 170x2x2 (B), 182.5x2 (BW), 192.5x2 (BW)

-SSB Goodmorning - 60x5x5

-DB Flys - 35x10x5

First off bench felt amazing. Squats on the other hand weren't so flash - knee was sore going into it, and I was still sore and stiff from 10 sets at 160 on Friday, but put on my knee sleeves and got into it, was feeling a bit off after the 5 sets at 150 and thought i'd just leave it there. Took off my sleeves, and to my surprise my knee felt 100 times better without them (ironic eh?) - so got back into it, minus the sleeves. Anyway, very pleased to get the top set - shows that even on my worst day I can still hit the numbers (and technically a PB). Skills evaluation next week, looking forward to it

Warm knees rock :nod: Watch most of your more senior peers cover themselves in linament and put sleeves on!

Looking forward to CDPA Champs? At home, must mean some big totals for you and the rest of the PH crew!

Good workout today, got through it pretty quickly. Have switched back to conventional to peak for the CDs, felt strong today

Good workout today, bench feeling pretty good. Lower back fried from the first conventional deads in ages on Wednesday, so squats were a bit slow but not bad.

Was going to go a wee bit higher on this but thought I should leave it there because of my knee. Felt pretty solid, nice to have the weight feeling light on my back.

Bench felt great, 115 felt nice and light in my hands and felt like I had more in the tank. Forgot to wear my wrist wraps on the final set.

Deadlift felt good, nice and tight. Did two reps at 215 because I dropped the first rep on the way down :uhh: - too much ammonia (made me cry) and not enough chalk! Definitely had more in the tank.

Overall really pleased, 535kg total with a fair bit still in the tank. That's a 35kg improvement from the BBro in November. The thing i'm most pleased with is the way my form has come along though, Sheiko is really doing its thing. Dave took some videos (thanks!), will hopefully have those up soon.
