oh well if wilks wasn't enough RM and I were chating today I will also give him 20 wilks points as a buffer handicap what ever you want to call it......... oh well this will come down now to miss lifts now to determine the winner game on yeah buddy never like to win easily hahahaha silly bustard that I am :shock:

I felt a bit flat maybe lost of bodyweight and the heat, but am working on this with Steak so watch this space :-)

technique ok abit loose in the squat so will put more focus on that next week, deadlifts well one good rep out of the week where it just felt right so hard to master, bench yeah good watched Dave Tate video's again always good for reminders on technique.

VP is going on leave until the 3rd off Jan as from now :D

Next year is going to be a big year I will be joining CBC Powerlifting Team 2011

on the 3rd off Jan and will do 3 meets next year - Auckland Champs, Nationals and Raw BBro

Oh well the 3rd came around quick.....

A few personal changes at home over christmas period joy joy...... but done and dusted and we are into it for a big year at CBC Yeah buddy.....

The assult has began, great to see big Damo again (beast), training with RM (Pocket Rocket)

Conditioning week (Build up for Auckland Champs First weekend in May)

Just as a matter of interest you were 101kg this time last year

What you clocking in at this year?

first off cheers mate, 8) I was sitting at 108kg but had a few home issues brother over xmas an lost 10kg but will have that back on soon, Goals for year concerning good bodyweight gain will be Auckland Champs 105kg first weekend in march, nationals first weekend in august 107 - 110kg, Bbro first weekend in Nov aiming for 120kg and that's where I will stay I'm thinking, only short guy LOL

but taller than PD LOL just for the record Grover 5 foot 8 mate :wink:

Funny Man :pfft: , no need to bark yet Rm its nothing but a peanut buddy, but the intensity is slowly coming back a few more weeks and boom 2011 is going be a good year for VP
