solid bro. Boris would approve 8)

hows the eats coming along?

Still need improvements eating cleaner that's for sure sitting on 103-104kg in morning and 105-106kg in the evening, but revisited goals on bodyweight will stay in the 110kg class this year, and maybe next year now but want a solid and fairly lean build build as much mass as I can and tighten up the core.

So I guess whats happen so far is I've lost a bit off weight around the waist but I look a little bit bigger at present if that makes sense, once I've got this right I'll move upto the 125kg class but will go no heavier than this class that will be my final stop in weight divisions i'm thinking.

sounds good and like youve got it sorted with good goals bro 8)

You'll be a unit at anything over 120kg :o ...not that you arent a unit already  Keep it clean, lean and big bro and you'll grow like a weed with that tonnage you're shifting 8)

That sounds more managable mate. You dont want to try to force bodyweight gains over extended periods of time or most of what you will be gaining will be fat. As your numbers keep going up the extra muscle will come.

Good to see your still going hard. I was reading some earlier posts, did you do a strongman comp? How did you go??
