Time to make all the hard work pay off brother. Time to prove that muscle, sinew and an indomitable will can overcome mountains of cast iron.

I wont bother wishing you good luck, as only the ill prepared need luck to win! Own each weight brother. Its yours for the taking.

Cheers brother, you're right mate nothing more I can do training wise now that part over - mind is strong so will meet targets off that I'm sure the program hasn't let me down yet so cast iron get ready for a shaking, the Viking coming. LOL

It was a pleasure meeting you and F brother!! Great days lifting VP. Your lifts were solid and strong bro...you leave no doubt for refs when you squat and there is nothing more pleasing from a coaches point of view when that sort of form is shown on the platform in front of world class refs. Way to re-group and comeback and smoke your 155kg bench on your 3rd attempt. You did a huge jump from your first to your second (140kg opener, then 155kg) and like I said especially when benching RAW (and even in shirts) just keep the weight increases nice and close close 5-7.5kg at a time. All good though, we learn from these things. Just with the deads, you lost your form a little on the 255 attempt but the 250kg PR did take a lot out of you. This sport is all about manitaining your lifting process which equates to focus, approach and execution. I was impressed bro, you had a great day on the platform and your PR's were a just reward for the hard work you've put in over the last 8 months. Rest up my friend and then we are back into things on Monday as we start our conditioning week....yeeeaaaaahhh buddddy!!!

Well done mate! Awesome lifting. Im looking forward to see what your numbers will be by the years end

Cheers brother,

Abit disappointed with bench but my fault just a rookie mistake jumping to much between lifts won't happen again should off nail that 155kg on second attempt and got 160 - 165kg on third attempt, never mind, alot to work on always learning got eat better on day got a headache after squats dehydrated my partner thinks to much energy drinks a not enough water probably right so just little things to touch up on.

Squats bang on what I thought i'll get, and deadlift was right on wanted to give 260kg ago but knew out of reach at present.

Bring on Nov 2010 brother.
